Well, I guess it became official tonight…
The Dallas Stars officially missed their first regular season hockey game tonight.
They should have opened their season tonight, in Phoenix, against the Coyotes. The fact that a bunch of millionaires cannot divide up a billion dollar pie just disgusts me. I have not gone to a baseball game in years, and I have not attended Rangers games regularly since Kenny Rogers’ perfect game, which was right before their last work stoppage.
I’ll continue to be a hockey fan, but I don’t know if I will be like I was if this goes on, and on, and on, and eventually cancels the season. I certainly won’t give the Stars as much of my money as I once did.
